Ready to Join a Choir?
Research shows there are enormous benefits to singing in harmony. Matakantata Choir welcomes new members, especially if you are a soprano. Come along and see if our style of singing is for you. Wednesday 6th February 7pm, at the Matakana School Hall
 Matakantata sings a wide variety of musical styles, from classical to rock, from folk to pop.
They meet every Wednesday at the Matakana Primary School Hall from 7.00pm until 9.30pm.

Green Swap Bring your spare produce to Matakana Wharf on Friday mornings at 9am and swap it for something else yummy but different!

Cycling

If you are a keen cyclist, check this out.  John is happy to field any calls from road cyclists who may be resident or visiting the area. John rides most days, up to 70 kms so he is an “enthusiast”. He is also the inventor of the Keywin racing cycle pedals which are marketed in numerous countries, and used by NZ Olympic riders.

Jogging :  Dub Dub Running Club 
Meet  Dan Auber and Gareth Balfour on Monday and Wednesday evenings 7pm at the WW Showgrounds

​​Pony Club The pony club meets on a Tuesday evening and one Sunday a month from September to April at Jubilee Park.

in Matakana Hall on Tuesday nights. Autumn/Winter 7.30pm. Adults $2 Students $1
